Assault – Second Degree:

On July 16, 2011, Dfc Scott Ruest responded to a residence in Leonardtown for an assault.  Upon arrival, Dfc Ruest learned Mitchell William Berg 35 years old of Leonardtown, became involved in an argument with his wife. During the argument, Mitchell Berg assaulted the victim causing visible sign of injury.  Mitchell W. Berg was arrested and charged with Assault-Second Degree.
