On December 8, 2011, deputies responded to the Dash-In in Leonardtown, Maryland, for a report of a theft. A lookout had been broadcast for the suspect. Deputy Vezzosi located a subject walking northbound on Point Lookout Road matching the lookout description. Deputy Vezzosi identified the subject as Brad Alan Willingham, 31, of Leonardtown, Maryland. During a search of Willingham, Deputy Vezzosi located stolen merchandise in Willingham’s jacket pocket as well as a metal tin containing suspected xanax pills. Willingham was arrested and charged with Theft and CDS Possession.
