Allea L. James, 24, of Lexington Park, was arrested at 6:35 pm, Jan. 18, by Cpl. J. Vanhoy, on a District Court warrant for failing to pay a deferred payment. James was held at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center until posting a $555 bail.
Robert Alan Lagana, 41, of Leonardtown, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. Jan. 18, Cpl. J. Vanhoy on a Charles County District Court warrant for a hit and run accident. Lagana was held at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bail review.
Michael Brian Dyson, 31, of Clements, was arrested at 10 p.m. Jan. 18, by Cpl. J. Vanhoy on a Circuit Court warrant for failing to appear for sentencing from an original theft charge. Dyson is being held at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center on no bond.
Christopher William Wathen, 20, of Lusby, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 20, by TFC M. Laney on a District Court warrant to answer to charges of Theft over $500, Theft under $100, Uttering False Document, and Forgery. Wathen was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bail review.
Robert Eugene Savoy, 31, of Woodbridge, Virginia, was arrested at 6:20 pm Jan. 20, by TFC J. Linger on a Howard County District Court warrant for Failing to Appear in Court to answer to a charge of driving on a suspended out of state license. Savoy was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bail review.
Kristopher William Cusick, 23, of Dameron, was arrested at 10:10 a.m. Jan 21, by Cpl. J. Vanhoy on a Circuit Court Grand Jury Indictment for Escape – First Degree. Cusick was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held on no bond.
