LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – On Feb. 13, DFC. Schultz responded to the 48000 block of Compass Circle in Lexington Park for a reported disturbance. 

Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who advised Jennie Rebecca Akers, age 39, of Lexington Park, had cut up the victim’s property and also charged at the victim with a knife and pushed the victim. 

Evidence on the scene corroborated the victim’s account of events, and Akers was placed under arrest and charged with Assault 1st Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, and Malicious Destruction of Property.  CASE# 8188-18
