During a previous operation that involved a popular website, Suspect Mia Marissa Carroll, 28 of California, was charged with Prostitution and Theft under $500. Suspect Carroll corresponded through a contact site she set up on “Craigslist” and arranged for a meeting with the undercover officer. The meeting took place at a local hotel and she was arrested. She attempted to conceal some of the money on her person as she was taken into custody.
Carroll was charged on a Criminal Summons and is awaiting a Preliminary Hearing in the District Court.
