St. Mary’s County, MD — The St. Mary’s Animal Welfare League, in partnership with the St. Mary’s County Health Department, is offering a low-cost vaccination and microchip clinic on Monday, August 12.
The clinics run from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the St. Mary’s County Fairgrounds at 42455 Fairgrounds Road in Leonardtown.
Prices are as follows:
- Rabies vaccinations $15
- Distemper vaccinations $10
- Microchip insertion $30
Vaccinations are only available for cats and dogs.To obtain a three-year vaccination, you must present a current rabies certificate.
If you can’t make the August date, clinics are held on the second Monday of each month from March through November.
The dates for 2019 are:
- Monday, August 12
- Monday, September 9
- Monday, October 14
- Monday, November 11
