LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On December 2, 2018, Cpl. Kirkner responded to the 40200 block of Beach Drive in Mechanicsville, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Junius Lockhart Meadows III, age 37 of Mechanicsville, grabbed the victim, and forced the victim’s head into a window, shattering the window and injuring the victim. Meadows was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 65223-18
