Deputies were on the scene of a traffic accident at the intersection of Three Notch Road and Bay Forest Road involving a suspected intoxicated driver, Tuesday.
As Deputies were conducting their investigation, Justin Nathaniel Barker, 21 of Lexington Park, began yelling obscenities at the Deputies and others on the scene.
Barker was so disruptive the Deputies had to temporary cease the traffic accident investigation to try to calm him down. He refused to lower his voice and continued to yell obscenities. Barker was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order of a police officer.
