St. Mary’s County Deputy Lawrence responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center on October 5th for a reported indecent exposure incident.
The investigation revealed an inmate identified as suspect William Chinedu Ozah, 21, of no fixed address, exposed his private area to an employee of the detention center.
Ozah was charged with Indecent Exposure Correctional Employee and Indecent Exposure.
