A disorderly patron at the Rod ‘N Reel Restaurant in Chesapeake Beach was placed under arrest on March 31 at 7:46 p.m. by DFC Shawn Morder.
The man, Francis O. Merchantdise, 46, of Largo, refused to stop yelling and then laid down in the parking lot.
He was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order.
