On August 10, 2015, Deputy T. Siciliano responded to a residence in the 22000 block of Iverson Drive in Lexington Park, for the report of an assault.
The victim alleged suspect, Thanh Phu Pham, age 46, of Lexington Park, raised a knife to the victim’s neck stating he would kill the victim during an argument over the eviction of the victim.
Pham was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with 1st and 2nd degree assault.
