On September 18, 2015, Deputy S. Tirpak responded to the 45000 block of Miramar Way (Wal-Mart) in California, for a reported theft. Upon arrival, contact was made with a store employee who identified the suspect, Daniel A. Alioto, Jr., age 23, of Great Mills. Alioto attempted to leave the store without paying for merchandise. He was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, where he was charged with Theft less Than $1000.
