On Aug. 7 at 7:30 a.m., Dep. Thomas Rickard was dispatched to the area of state Route 231 and Adelina Road in Prince Frederick for the report of a possible road rage incident.
The complaint was that a gray Chevrolet Lumina was allegedly attempting to run a silver minivan off the road.
Rickard conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver of the Lumina, later identified as Kenneth Ashley Davis, Jr., 37 of Waldorf. Davis was cited for a traffic violation and also found to be in possession of suspected marijuana, for which he was arrested.
