
Leonardtown, MD – Chief Judge Mary Ellen Barbera issued an Administrative Order today extending the length of statewide judiciary restricted operations due to the COVID-19 emergency through, until at least, May 1, 2020.
During this time period:
1.) The St. Mary’s County State’s Attorney’s Offices will also be closed to the public.
2.) Victims & Witnesses are asked NOT to appear in Court from 3/17/20 until 5/1/2020 (this includes victims & witnesses under subpoena).
3.) Although the St. Mary’s County District Court, Circuit Court and State’s Attorney’s Offices are closed to the public, you can still reach us by telephone:
