WALDORF, Md. — Popular brunch destination Milk & Honey is expanding its footprint and offerings in Charles County after receiving approval for a liquor license and officially beginning alcohol service at its Waldorf location.
The restaurant, located at 3257 Plaza Way, is leasing the 1,200-square-foot unit next door to increase capacity and introduce outdoor dining space. The expansion will raise total seating from 70 to approximately 130, adding about 60 seats with the new space.
Plans include an outdoor seating section near the front entrance, with the goal of completing the expansion by late September 2025. Restaurant representatives said the business has outgrown its current space due to steady customer demand and will return to the liquor board once the lease is finalized to seek approval for the expanded service area.
The BayNet has confirmed that Milk & Honey is now actively serving liquor at the Waldorf location. Most cocktails are available, with a few remaining items pending delivery to complete the full beverage menu.
The Charles County Board of License Commissioners approved the liquor license during its June 12 meeting.
