At 1:18 a.m. Dec. 18, Trooper Adams responded to the 45000 Shields Court in California for a report of underage drinking.
Contact was made with the complainant, a female, 36 of California who advised her 16-year-old daughter just returned home from a party intoxicated.
Further investigation revealed the suspect, Stefan James Dulemba, 24 of California, supplied the alcohol to the juvenile.
Both individuals were cited on Civil Citations.
