Deputy David Corcoran responded to the reported Trespassing Violation at a Lexington Park residence.
Upon arrival he found that the victim had served a notice not to trespass on her daughter’s boyfriend in the past. She returned home to find that the boyfriend, Michael Anthony Selerno (Age 21 of No Fixed Address) had entered her home seeking shelter as he is currently without a home.
He was arrested for Trespassing and Burglary Forth Degree.
