On Wednesday, July 30, at 1:30 a.m., Daniel Joseph Gallogly, 32 Montgomery Village, was arrested by Tpr. J. Hardesty on an outstanding Arrest Warrant (T3-13538) which was issued by the District Court in Montgomery County on February 20, 2007.
The original charges five counts of theft over $500, five counts of theft under $500, and five counts of Forgery-Private Documents. Gallogly was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was detained.
Gallogly was served another warrant (T3-13537) by TFC R. Rezza which was issued by Montgomery County on June 12, 2006. The charges were theft under $500.
Finally, TFC R. Rezza served another arrest warrant (T3-13536) issued by the District Court in Montgomery County. The original charges were ten counts of theft under $500, three counts of theft over $500 and one count of theft scheme over $500. Gallogly was detained in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
