The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) will close all MVA offices on Saturday October 10, 2015 and Monday, October 12, 2015 in observance of the Columbus Day Holiday. All Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP) stations will also close.
The days before and after a holiday are especially busy, and many MVA transactions can be completed via the Internet at www.mva.maryland.gov available twenty-four hours a day, and seven days a week.
Transactions available online include vehicle registration renewals, driver’s license renewals, identification card renewals, changes of address, the scheduling of a driver’s skills test, personalized license plates, certified driving record, VEIP test extensions, and many more.
