Calvert County Dep. Frank Winston conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Dec. 31 at 10:37 p.m., on Md. Route 4 southbound near Plum Point Road in Huntingtown.
The driver, later identified as Michael Teddy Griffin, Jr., 26 of Annapolis, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.
He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, a clear envelope used to store marijuana.
