On May 24, 2011 Registered Sex Offender James Patrick Payne was released from the St. Mary’s County Detention Center on bond. Payne will be residing on Yowaski Mill Road in Mechanicsville, Maryland.
Citizens who are seeking information about registered sex offenders can locate the information by going to http://www.firstsheriff.com/offenders/sexoffenders.asp or http://dpscs.md.gov/onlineservs/socem/default.shtml
