An off duty St. Mary’s County Deputy was shopping in a California establishment when he observed a subject begin to steal items from the store.
On duty Deputy Zorana Sipos responded, and the suspect, Todd Lamarr Harrod, 18 of Lusby, was arrested.
All of the items were recovered and returned to the establishment. The total value of the theft was over $252.
