Thursday September 29th at 9:56 am: John Robert Nolan 2nd, 20, of Port Tobacco was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
Mr. Nolan was stopped at Route 247 and Kavanaugh Road, Mechanicsville, for not wearing a seatbelt. After Mr. Nolan admitted to having CDS in his vehicle and probable cause search was conducted. TFC Trossbach located the marijuana in between the seats.
Nolan was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
