A woman was taken by ambulance from the scene of a crash near the intersection of Rt. 4 and Wildewood Parkway Monday evening.
Bay District and Hollywood volunteer firefighters and rescue squad members were dispatched to the scene at 4:08 p.m.
Two people were reported injured, but after rescue squad members check the patients out, one was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital at 4:38 p.m.
