On Thursday, July 24, at 1:05 pm, John Thomas Merrill, 47 of Leonardtown, was arrested by Tpr. W. Jefferson on an outstanding Bench Warrant (T3-13508) for Failing to Appear in District Court in Leonardtown on July 11.
The original charge was Driving While Impaired by Alcohol. Merrill was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center weher he was held pending a bond review.
