Pamela McKay, St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Accreditation Manager was re-elected on December 10, to a two year term as President of CRLEAA, Chesapeake Region Law Enforcement Accreditation Alliance. CRLEAA is “a network of law enforcement professionals supporting accreditation through effective communication, mutual cooperation, and shared resources.”  

CRLEAA serves more than 50 member agencies from Maryland, Delaware, and the District of Columbia.  Ms. McKay was initially elected in 2008, marking the first time that southern Maryland was so prominently represented among law enforcement accreditation professionals.


The newly elected board of directors for CRLEAA includes:

Vice- President – Ms. Tami Bulla, Howard County Police Department
Secretary:  Cpl. Jon Light, Carroll County Sheriff’s Office
Treasurer:  Capt. Carolyn Consoli, University of Maryland Police Department
