Lusby, MD – Patuxent Habitat for Humanity would like to thank TCC Verizon Wireless located in Lusby, MD for two recent donations. Through their Culture for Good program PHH received contributions totaling $1358.55. We want to express our gratitude to the many volunteers from TCC Verizon Wireless for helping our ReStore move to its new location. We are now located at 21600 Great Mills Road, Unit 18A, Lexington Park, MD.
We would also like to thank Brandon Trippett, manager and Ray Walker for participating in our last years’ Warrior Fun Run and Sail event. TCC, the largest Verizon Wireless premium retailer in the US, has stores in over 30 states. The Culture of Good is a cultural movement, launched in 2013, of TCC doing good in it’s local communities where stores are located.

Local is what the Culture of Good is all about. Partnerships happen with local organizations by Donate a Dollar; our in-store donations that are given by customers. Each dollar given goes right back into that community to further efforts to do good. Employees are encouraged to give their time to volunteer with any local organization that quarterly donations are given to.
Volunteering is the difference maker. Rather than donating money for someone else to do good, we look for ways to do good ourselves. Each employee is given two days paid time off to volunteer in their local community.
