On July 28, at 12:24 A.M. Dep. M. Boyer responded to a private residence in Lexington Park for the report of a Violation of a Peace Order.
Investigation revealed Jonathan D. Elkins, age 22, of Mechanicsville, Md. telephoned and threatened the victim with bodily harm after having been served with a Peace Order, issued by the District Court Commissioner, directing Elkins not to do so.
Elkins was located at his residence, placed under arrest, charged with Fail to Comply with Conditions of a Peace Order and incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
