At 9:30 pm March 30, TFC J. Linger of the Leonardtown trooper barrack initiated an investigation into the theft of a blue Ford Ranger from Lettie Dent Elementary School in Mechanicsville.
The victim advised that while working late at the school he noticed the vehicle was missing out of the parking lot.
The vehicle has been entered into the National Crime Information Center computer as stolen.
