On Friday Nov. 30, police responded three separate times to two homes on White Sands Drive and Spruce Drive in Lusby for the report of a fight between the same two people.
The first call was received at 12:12 p.m. Units from the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home on Spruce Drive and spoke with one of the two men involved who stated that he had gotten into a verbal argument with the other man over a landscaping job they were to have completed together.
The man, later identified as Jeremy M. Culligan, 26 of Lusby, was subsequently arrested and charged with disorderly conduct the third time units had to respond to the area for complaints of a fight.
At 12:56 a.m. Nov. 29, Police were called to Neptune’s Restaurant in North Beach for a fight in progress.
Upon arrival, Dep. Brianne Gray found that two men had been fighting and both had signs of slight injuries but refused treatment.
Dep. Gray subsequently arrested James C. Bruce, 23 of Mechanicsville, for second degree assault, disorderly conduct and disorderly intoxication.
