On Dec. 16, Dfc. J. Molito and Sdfc. S. Myers the St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Office responded the Fox Chase Apartment Complex to serve an Ex-Parte Protective Order on Brian Jordan, of Lexington Park.
After service of the Order, Jordan refused to comply with the order and was placed under arrest after a brief struggle.
Jordan was subsequently transported to the Detention Center, charged with Violation of a Protective Order, and incarcerated pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
