Police seek assistance in locating wanted man – UPDATE

Howard Miller III

UPDATE – 4:30 p.m. – Miller has been located and apprehended.

March 29, 11:40 a.m. – On February 11, 2016, Howard Miller III, was sentenced to twenty days of incarceration to be served on weekends (two days at a time).

On March 25, 2016, Miller failed to report to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center as ordered by the courts and part of his sentencing.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Miller charging him with escape second degree.
