Power outages

There are approximately 19 power outages between Charles and St. Mary’s counties.

There are approximately 200 people without power in St. Mary’s and approximately 300 Charles.

Waldorf has the largest power outage with approximately 280 people affected. SMECO crews are currently working on the Waldorf outage and has estimated the outage to be resolved by 10 p.m.

Outages in St. Mary’s are more wide-spread with less people affected. SMECO crews are either en route to or currently working on the outages with no estimated time of recovery.
