Maryland State Police Prince Frederick Barrack Trooper First Class Esnes stopped a vehicle at Rt. 4 and Steeple Chase Drive on September 12th at 7:10 p.m. in Prince Frederick for a registration violation.
Albert L. Farrell, 46 of Prince Frederick, was found to be driving on a suspended license.
The registration tag revealed a stolen year sticker.
Farrell was arrested for theft and was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
