In accordance with Section 113.10 and 113.29 of the Code of St. Mary’s County, the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 21, at 7 p.m. at the 2nd District Fire Department in Valley Lee.

The purpose of the meeting is to advise the property owners to be served by the newly installed sewer system of the official ready to serve date, the issues relative to connecting to the system and to review the projected costs shown below:

Capital contribution charge – $1,744.78/ EDU

Monthly Charges
Sewer service charge – $26.39/EDU
System Improvement charge – $8.75/EDU
