UPDATE 6:30 pm – A source on the scene was driving southbound on Route 925 while crossing Route and reported traffic being backed up to the Route 301/5 intersection by Checkers.

Per the source, the railroad arms are NOT stuck in the down position and are actually moving back and forth.

Vehicles are slowly passing through the railroad when the railroad arms move upward, but it is heavily advised to avoid the area if possible, as traffic will be backed up.
