On March 25, at 5:05 p.m., Tpr. J. Pilkerton responded to Crabby Rick’s Seafood Restaurant located at 28976 Three Notch Road in Mechanicsville for the theft under $100.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 46 of Mechanicsville. The manager advised Donnie Dezree Johnson, 74 of California, was failing to pay for the food she ordered. Johnson had passed several bad checks at this establishment and had no money to pay her bill.
She was arrested for theft under $100 and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
