The last St. Mary’s College of Maryland River Concert of the season, to be held Friday, July 29, will start a half hour later than usual, at 7:30 p.m., to allow for cooler temperatures. Enjoy world-class music and a variety of food from local vendors. Gates open at 5 p.m.
Broadway star Melissa Errico will be joining the Chesapeake Orchestra and music director Jeffrey Silberschlag for the grand finale. The concert also includes a trumpet performance by Silberschlag of a new work composed for him by Corrado Saglietti, and Ravel’s “Daphne et Chloe” Suites.
