On Feb. 8 at 12:20 p.m., Calvert County Dep. Ian Umphrey conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on northbound Md. Route 4 near Commerce Lane.
The driver, later identified as Timothy Joseph Hines, Jr., 22 of Galesville, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, a glass smoking device and scale.
The passenger, Laine Donovan, 21 of Churchton, was also arrested for possession of marijuana and possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, a glass smoking device.
