Annapolis, MD –ย  An Annapolis man says he was victimized twice by the same thief.

The first time was on July 31 around midnight. The man says his scooter was stolen when he left it with the keys in the ignition and engine running outside a business in the 1300 block of Forest Drive.

A few days later on August 3, the victim was driving when he saw a man driving hisย  scooter down the street with a woman behind him. He followed the scooter to a parking lot and got out of the car to confront the pair, leaving the door unlocked and the engine running.

He got into a physical altercation with the male suspect. The female suspect jumped into his car and drove away. Then the male suspect got on the scooter and also drove away.

The scooter is described as a red 2010 Kymco Agility motor scooter. The car is described as a silver 2013 Honda Civic, MD reg. 3BB1073.
