Leonardtown, MD – On Dec. 19, Detective Corporal W. Raddatz, assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division’s Sex Offender Compliance Unit, located and arrested William S. Isom, 41, of Lexington Park.
Isom had been issued a written notice which required him to register no later than December 15, 2014.
Isom failed to register by that date. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and charged with failing to register as a sex offender as required by law. Isom is a TIER III registered sex offender.
