At approximately 8pm, on April 12, a black male in his twenties, approximately 5’10”with a thin build, entered the Esperanza Shell in Lexington Park and approached the clerk.
He displayed a handgun, removed an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register and fled the area.
St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations is currently investigating the incident.
