The Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fraud/theft scheme involving suspect, Carroll Norris.
Norris has been soliciting local residences and businesses for money by implying he has a sick child in the hospital and needs money for gas to get there.
He’s been observed driving a blue Mazda truck (pictured) with license plate number Z93772. Anyone who may have fraudulently given him money is asked to contact Deputy Fennessey at 301-475-4200, ext. 9103.
