On Tuesday, May 24, 2011, at approximately 4:55 pm, the Huntingtown Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad (Co. 6) and Dunkirk Squad (Co. 5) along with their ambulances responded to Dalrymple Road for an overturned vehicle.
Found same with one person that was now out of the car and no other entrapment. Shortly after arrival on the scene, Chief 6 (Riffe) held ambulance 69 and placed all other units in service. The driver of the vehicle was checked out at the scene and signed a release and no transport was required.
It had just started to rain about the time of accident.
