At 10:32 p.m. Jan. 17 at 10:32 p.m., Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to Top Gun Exxon at 2890 Crain Highway in Waldorf for the intrusion alarm.
Upon arrival, officers discovered culprits used a rock to break the glass front door and gain entry into the business.
The suspects stole money and more than 150 packs of Newport Lights and Marlboro cigarettes and fled the scene.
