Unknown suspects took a black winch and winch wiring kit from a work trailer belonging to Scheibel Construction sometime between January 27 and 29.
DFC William Milam responded to the business, located at 115 Prospect Drive in Huntingtown and will continue the investigation. The stolen items total over $1400.
