Air Force Space Command wants to share some satellite data with nonmilitary organizations. The last top secret technology released to the civilian sector was GPS, reports PilotOnLine.com. The pair of satellites launched last year are part of a program to track other objects in geosynchronous orbit, reports Defense Tech, something like a “neighborhood watch program” in a belt filled with satellites.
