On Dec. 24 at 12:16 a.m. Dep. James Norton conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in front of a home on Long Beach Road in St. Leonard.
The driver, later identified as Arthur Harry Perry, Jr., 32 of Port Republic, was found to be in possession of suspected drugs.
He was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule II drug, Oxycodone, possession of a schedule II drug, Oxycontin, and unlawfully removing a label on a prescription drug as required by Federal/State/Local law.
