On February 14 at 7:33 a.m., Calvert County Cpl. Anthony Moschetto conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling south on Md. Rt. 4 at Ball Road in St. Leonard.
The driver of the vehicle, later identified as Russell Oriem Tucker, 47 of Leonardtown, was arrested and charged with DWI and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, PCP.
