St. Mary's Sheriff's Office: On view

LEONARDTOWN, Md. – The following report contains on view arrests and warrants released by the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office.

Arrests

Antonio Dwight Booth

Alcohol Violation- On November 17, Cpl. T. Snyder, observed Suspect Antonio Dwight Booth,35, of Lexington Park, consuming alcohol outside a retail establishment in the 21600 block of Great Mills Road. Booth was issued a Criminal Citation for the violation

Shuree Sinese Weems

Trespassing- On November 17, Cpl. T. Snyder, observed Suspect Shuree Sinese Weems,36, of Leonardtown, outside an establishment in the 21600 block of Great Mills Road, in Lexington Park, after being issued a notice not to trespass. Weems was issued a Criminal Citation for the violation.

John Harris King

Assault- November 18, Dep. Holdsworth, responded to the 25000 block of Vista Road, in Hollywood, for a reported assault. The victim advised Suspect John Harris King, age 47, of Hollywood, brandished a knife and threatened the victim. King was placed under arrest and charged with Assault 1st Degree, and Assault 2nd Degree.

Antonio Thomas Dade

Assault- On November 18, Dep. Holdsworth responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center regarding an inmate who had been assaulted. During the investigation, it was determined the victim had been assaulted by another inmate, Antonio Thomas Dade, age 19, of Capitol Heights. Dade struck the victim in the face and was subsequently charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Rahtaunya Rosha Briscoe

Assault- On November 20, Dep. Holdsworth responded to the 45000 block of Indian Way, in Lexington Park, for a reported assault. The victim stated the Suspect Rahtaunya Rosha Briscoe, age 37, of Lexington Park, had assaulted the victim by striking the victim in the face. Injuries were observed to the victim, and Briscoe was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Warrants

John Oscar Johnson

On November 18, John Oscar Johnson, age 51, with no fixed address, was arrested on a Burglary and Theft Warrant by Dep. Muschette# 303.

Richard Alan Stone

On November 18, Richard Alan Stone Sr., age 27, of Park Hall, was arrested on numerous warrants for Driving Under the Influence of CDS, Driving While Suspended, Theft, and Theft Scheme by Dep. Sidorowicz# 328.

Shenandoah Dornell Benton

On November 18, Shenandoah Dornell Benton, age 41, of Ridge, was arrested on a warrant for Violation of Probation/Second Degree Assault by Dep. M. Beyer# 319.
